ATTO 700 Azide

ATTO 700 Azide is an azide derivative of ATTO 700, with peak excitation/emission wavelengths at 700/716 nm. It serves as a click chemistry reagent containing an azide group, enabling copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions (CuAAc) with molecules possessing alkyne groups. Additionally, it can partake in strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition reactions (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
