ATTO 465 Azide is an azide derivative of ATTO 465, characterized by maximum excitation/emission wavelengths of 453/506 nm. It functions as a click chemistry reagent, containing an azide group that enables copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions (CuAAC) with molecules having an alkyne group. Additionally, it can engage in strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
