DMT-BH2 amidite (BHQ-2 DMT amidite) is a black quencher dye used in the synthesis of qPCR dual-labeled oligonucleotide probes with 5'-quenchers. This quencher is ideal for HEX, JOE, ROX, Cyanine5, and other dyes that emit in the spectral orange and red regions.
