Bioactivity

BP Fluor 647 Alkyne is a bright green fluorescent dye optimized for use with 633 nm and 650 nm argon lasers. The alkyne group can react with azides through a copper-catalyzed click chemistry reaction. This dye is water-soluble, insensitive to pH ranging from 4 to 10, and contains four sulfonate groups, enhancing its water solubility and reducing aggregation in aqueous solutions. BP Fluor 647 Alkyne is utilized in the labeling of proteins and antibodies or in nucleic acid applications with high labeling density.
