It forms a ternary complex with target proteins like KRASG12D, facilitating their relocation to lysosomes and resulting in ubiquitin-dependent degradation. This compound has potential for studying membrane protein regulation and devising strategies to counter resistance in KRAS-driven signaling pathways.
