Bioactivity
BC13 is a CDK6/BRD4 inhibitor with IC50 values of 234 nM for CDK6 and 36 nM for BRD4. It exhibits antiproliferative properties, induces apoptosis (cell death) and DNA damage, and elevates ROS levels.
