Cyanine7 azide
Product Specifications
Bioactivity
Cyanine7 azide is a potent fluorescent dye employed for near-infrared in vivo imaging (?ex=756 nm, ?em=779 nm) . It serves as a click chemistry reagent, featuring an azide group that enables copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) with alkyne-containing molecules. Additionally, it can participate in strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
