Bioactivity
Gardiquimod (hydrochloride) is an imidazoquinoline class TLR7/8 agonist. It can inhibit HIV-1 infection in macrophages and activated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) . At concentrations below 10 ?M, Gardiquimod (hydrochloride) specifically activates TLR7.
