Fluorphine, an analog of Brorphine, binds to the ?-opioid receptor (MOR) with a Ki of 12.5 nM. It exhibits GTP?S binding activity with an EC50 of 75 nM and ?-arrestin 2 recruitment activity with an EC50 of 377 nM, and it also has respiratory depressive effects.
