AH2-14c is an inhibitor of the DNA demethylase ALKBH2. It reduces cell viability of GBM U87 cells with an IC50 of 4.56 μM and also hinders cell migration. AH2-14c modulates the expression of apoptosis-related genes, thereby inducing apoptosis (apoptosis) in GBM U87 cells.
