Bioactivity

5-Fluoro-?-methyltryptamine hydrochloride may increase intracellular 5-HT levels, subsequently enhancing the release of 5-HT. The EC50 values for 5-Fluoro-?-methyltryptamine hydrochloride are 37 nM for dopamine (DA), 14 nM for 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), 78 nM for norepinephrine (NE), and 8.47 nM for the 5-HT2A receptor.
