Cyanine 3.5 bromide

Cyanine 3.5 bromide (Cy3.5 NHS ester bromide) is an analog of the Cy3.5 fluorophore. This compound is a red fluorescent dye that actively labels amino groups in peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides, with excitation and emission wavelengths of 591 nm and 604 nm, respectively.
