D5B is an effective and selective PD-L1 inhibitor that has been modified with DBCO. It degrades PD-L1 in 4T1 and B16-F10 tumor cells with EC50 values of 5.4 ?M and 6.2 ?M, respectively. D5B can block the PD-L1/PD-1 interaction and exhibits antitumor activity.
