Bioactivity
SUN-597 is a selective inhibitor targeting GSK-3? and ? isoforms, showcasing inhibition constants (Ki) of 0.3 nM and 0.05 nM, respectively. It disrupts the proliferation pathways of cells, particularly impacting cellular mechanisms implicated in neurodegenerative diseases and various forms of cancer.
