Bioactivity
Tandutinib (MLN518) sulfate is an effective and selective inhibitor of FLT3, with an IC50 value of 0.22 ?M. It also inhibits c-Kit and PDGFR, displaying IC50 values of 0.17 ?M and 0.20 ?M respectively. This compound can be utilized in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia and has the capability to cross the blood-brain barrier.
