Cis-KV1.3-IN-1, also known as Compound cis-18, is the cis-isomer of KV1.3-IN-1 and functions as an inhibitor of the KV1.3 channel. In Xenopus laevis oocytes expressing human hKV1.3, cis-KV1.3-IN-1 (10 ?M) achieves an inhibition rate of 25.53% against KV1.3.
