SMARCA2 degrader-13 (compound I-406) acts as a PROTAC degrader targeting SMARCA2. It exhibits a DC50 of less than 100 nM for the degradation of SMARCA2 protein in A549 cells, achieving a maximum degradation rate (Dmax%) of over 90% after 24 hours of treatment.
