This compound enhances anti-tumor immunity by activating T cells, elevating M1 macrophage levels, and reducing M2 macrophage proportions. In an orthotopic mouse model of breast cancer, HDAC8-IN-12, administered at 50 mg/kg, effectively suppresses tumor growth.
