CD66b is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) -linked protein with a molecular weight of approximately 95-100 kDa, which is expressed predominantly in the cell membranes of neutrophils and eosinophils but not on basophils and lymphocytes. CD66b is involved in cell adhesion, cell migration and pathogen recognition.
