Protein A/G Agarose

Protein A/G Agarose provide high-density targeted coupling of Protein A/G to the surface of highly cross-linked agarose gel microspheres, resulting in excellent antibody binding and low non-specific protein adsorption. Protein A/G Agarose are suitable for immunoprecipitation (IP) and co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) of proteins and protein complexes, as well as for antibody purification. It is suitable for immunoprecipitation reactions of antigens in samples such as cell lysates, cell secretion supernatants, serum, and ascites.
