Magrose Beads DEAE
Product Specifications
Bioactivity
Magrose Beads DEAE are weakly anion-exchange beads with the ion-exchange ligand diethylaminoethyl (DEAE), a weakly basic tertiary amine group with a positively charged nitrogen atom at the centre, which adsorbs negatively charged counterions and thus functions as an ion-exchange. DEAE maintains a high and stable protein binding capacity in the pH 3-12 range. Magrose Beads DEAE offer fast magnetic responsiveness, abundant ion exchange and high protein binding capacity. They eliminate the need for multiple high speed centrifugations and membrane filtration of crude protein samples, flow rate control, and expensive chromatography equipment. The extraction of high-purity target proteins can be completed in a short period of time, and multiple samples can be easily processed in parallel to achieve high-throughput protein purification.
