Nectin-3/CD113 is a multifunctional cell adhesion protein that mediates cell-cell interactions through heterophilic trans binding to nectin-like proteins or nectins. It interacts with NECTIN2 at the Sertoli cell-spermatocyte junction and triggers CDC42 and RAC small G protein activation through common signaling molecules such as SRC and RAP1. Nectin-3/CD113 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived Nectin-3/CD113 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
