BCIP/NBT Alkaline Phosphatase Chromogenic Kit (Bluish Violet)
Alkaline Phosphatase is one of the most important makers in immunology and molecular biology. Its insoluble chromogenic substrate mainly contains naphthol phosphate and BCIP. With NBT, BCIP can forms the insoluble dark blue or even bluish violet NBT-formazan, can be used for IHC and various kinds of immunospot assays. This kit can be used for alkaline phosphatase coloration of cells or tissues, including identification of induced plurpotent stem cells, membrane coloration combining with alkaline phosphatase in WB and endogenic alkaline phosphatase coloration of cells or tissues. For IHC or ISH, if each section needs 0.2ml of such reagent, this kit can be enough for 500 sections.
