TMB Substrate (1-Component) for ELISA

The main component for this product is 3,3',5,5'-Tetramethylbenzidine, TMB, it was used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB is catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product. The density of blue is proportional to HRP activity. It is ready to use substrate with one component, very stable for convenient use.
