Coomassie Brilliant Blue Gel Staining Kit

Based on Coomassie R250 dye, and by the traditional Coomassie brilliant blue staining and destaining method, this kit not only can be used for standard staining and destaining of protein electrophoresis gel, likeSDS-PAGE or native PAGE, etc. but for detecting the remain proteins on PAGE gel after trarsmembran. This kit provides two methods for staining and destaining: standard and rapid. For standard protocol, the bands can be observed 2-3 hours later; and for rapid protocol, bands can be observed about 20 minutes. It may need longer time to observe the clearest bands. The kit provides improved staining and destaining buffers, do not contain the toxicmethanol, but theacetic acid.
