Coomassie Brilliant Blue Fast Staining Solution

Based on Coomassie G250 dye, Coomassie Brilliant Blue Fast Staining Solution can be used for fast and sensitive staining proteins in electrophoresis gel in SDS-PAGE or native PAGE, or used for detecting the remaining proteins on PAGE after Western transfer membrane. Instead of common toxic methanol and irritantacetic acid, this solution is prepared by a unique formula, it is non-toxic and non-irritant. This solution can detect band at 100ng in electrophoresis gel within 1 hour or shorter time, however, the routine method need more than 3 hours.
