Protease Inhibitor Cocktail is a mixture of 6 different protease inhibitors, this ensures inhibition of a broad range of proteases and esterases, includingaspartase, cysteine, serineandaminopeptidase.It is liquid in 1ml of DMSO. PhosphataseInhibitor Cocktail is a special mixture of 5 different phosphatase inhibitors, ithas agood inhibitory effectonprotein tyrosine phosphatase, acid and alkaline phosphatase. PMSF (100mM) is used for inhibitingserinekind proteaseirreversibly, eg:trypsase, chymotrypsin, callicrein, subtilisinandthrombin. It also can be used forinhibitinghomocysteine protease-papain.
