Cell Lysis Buffer for Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation

This product contains: 20mM Tris (pH 7.5),150mM NaCl,1%Triton X-100 and different kinds of inhibitors (sodiumpyrophosphate, β-glycerophosphate, EDTA, Na3VO4, leupeptin), which can effectivelyinhibitthe protein degradationand maintain the original protein interaction. The concentration of the protein which lysed by this buffer can be determined by our BCA Protein Assay Kits (Catalog # BWR1023, BWR1024, BWR1025, BWR1026) . For thehigh concentrationofdetergent, it is not recommended to useBradfordProtein Assay Kit.
