Recombinant human Serpin B2/PAI-2 protein
SERPINB2 belongs to the serpin family. This protein inhibits urokinase-type plasminogen activator. The monocyte derived PAI-2 is distinct from the endothelial cell-derived PAI-1. Recombinant human SERPINB2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
