Recombinant human FGF receptor 1/FGFR1 protein
FGFR1b, also known as fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 isoform 4, is a member members of the fibroblast growth factor family. It is required for normal mesoderm patterning and correct axial organization during embryonic development, normal skeletogenesis and normal development of the gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) neuronal system. Tyrosine-protein kinase that acts as cell-surface receptor for fibroblast growth factors and plays an essential role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation, differentiation and migration. Signaling of this protein is down-regulated by IL17RD/SEF, and by FGFR1 ubiquitination, internalization and degradation. Recombinant human FGFR1b protein, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
