Recombinant rat TNF-alpha protein
Tnf also known as Tumor necrosis factor. The Protein acts as a cytokine binds TNF receptors plays a role in regulation of cell proliferation, induction of apoptosis, and inflammatory response. Recombinant rat Tnf, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
