Recombinant human TRAILR4/TNFRSF10D protein
TNFRSF10D, also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 10D, is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. This protein contains an extracellular TRAIL-binding domain, a transmembrane domain, and a truncated cytoplasmic death domain. Also, it is can protect cells bearing TRAIL R1 and/or TRAIL R2 from TRAIL-mediated apoptosis. Recombinant human TNFRSF10D, fused to hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
