Recombinant mouse gamma-Synuclein protein
Sncg, also known as gamma-Synuclein, is an acidic neuronal protein. It plays a role in neurofilament network integrity. This protein activates the MAPK and Elk-1 signal transduction pathway. According to some research, Sncg may play an important role in invasion, infiltration and apoptosis of esophageal cancer and serve as target spots in the targeted therapy of esophageal cancer. Recombinant mouse Sncg, fused to His-tag at N-termineus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
