Recombinant human IL-10R beta/IL10RB protein
IL10RB, also known as interleukin-10 receptor subunit beta, is a transmembrane glycoprotein that functions as a co-receptor for several class 2 cytokines including Interleukins-10, -22, -26, -28A/IFN-lambda 2, -28B/IFN-lambda 3, and -29/IFN-lambda. Co-expression of this and IL10RA proteins has been shown to be required for IL10-induced signal transduction. Recombinant human IL10RB protein, fused to hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
