Recombinant human B7-H3 (4Ig) /B7-H3b protein
CD276, also known as CD276 antigen isoform, is a member of B7 family of immunoregulatory transmembrane glycoproteins expressed by T cells. It is a costimulatory molecule for T cell activation and IFN-gamma production. It upregulates BRCC3 expression, antagonizing DNA damage caused by 5-Fu. It is correlated with TNM stage of NSCLC and may serve as a potential biomarker for NSCLC-derived MPEs. Recombinant human CD276, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
