Recombinant human CD316/IGSF8 protein
IGSF8, also known as Immunoglobulin superfamily member 8, is a member of the immunoglobulin protein superfamily. It interact with the tetraspanins CD81 and CD9 and may regulate their role in certain cellular functions including cell migration and viral infection. Also, this protein may function as a tumor suppressor by inhibiting the proliferation of certain cancers. Recombinant human IGSF8 protein, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
