Recombinant human NKG2A/KLRC1 protein
KLRC1, also known as NKG2-A/NKG2-B type II integral membrane protein isoform NKG2-A, is a member of the killer cell lectin-like receptor family. It associates with CD94 and is expressed on NK cells and some activated T cell populations. This protein functions as a receptor for the recognition of MHC class I HLA-E molecules by NK cells and some cytotoxic T-cells. Recombinant human KLRC1 protein, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
