Recombinant human DNAM-1/CD226 protein
CD226, also known as CD226 antigen isoform, is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily containing 2 Ig-like domains of the V-set. It is an activating receptor expressed on NK cells and T cells and plays an important role in cytotoxicity of these cells against target cells. It mediates platelet and megakaryocytic cell adhesion to vascular endothelial cells. Recombinant human CD226, fused to hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
