Recombinant human AGA protein
AGA, as known as N (4) - (beta-N-acetylglucosaminyl) -L-asparaginase isoform 1, belongs to the N-terminal nucleophile (Ntn) hydrolase superfamily. This protein consists of different S100 proteins and then plays various roles in regulation of protein phosphorylation, the dynamics of cytoskeleton constituents, transcription factors, enzyme activities, cell growth and differentiation, and inflammatory response. Recombinant human AGA, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
