Recombinant human CD30/TNFRSF8 protein
TNFRSF8, also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 8, is a cell membrane protein of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily and is expressed by activated T and B cells but not resting. It contributes to thymic negative selection by inducing the apoptotic cell death of CD4+CD8+ T cells. It can regulate proliferation of lymphocytes and may also play an important role in human immunodeficiency virus replication. Recombinant human TNFRSF8, fused to hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
