Recombinant human CD66c/CEACAM6 protein
CEACAM6, also known as Carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 6, belongs to the human carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA) family. It is a member of glycosylphosphatidylinositol-linked immunoglobulin superfamily that is implicated in a variety of human cancers. It is associated with the progression of pancreatic cancer. Recombinant human CEACAM6, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
