Recombinant human Integrin beta 2/CD18 protein
ITGB2, also known as integrin beta-2, is a receptor for ICAM1, ICAM2, ICAM3 and ICAM4. It may belong to an extended family of cell surface molecules including the fibronectin binding protein. Also It is a complement receptor type 3 (CR3) . It triggers neutrophil transmigration during lung injury through PTK2B/PYK2-mediated activation. Recombinant human ITGB2, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
