Recombinant mouse TrkB protein
NTRK2, also known as BDNF/NT-3 growth factors receptor, is a member of the neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase family. This protein involves in the development and the maturation of the central and the peripheral nervous systems through regulation of neuron survival, proliferation, differentiation, and synapse formation and plasticity. Recombinant mouse NTRK2, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
