Recombinant mouse Flt3 Ligand/FLT3LG protein
FLT3L, also known as fms-related tyrosine kinase 3 ligand, stimulates the proliferation of sub-populations of hematopoietic cells that are enriched for stem and progenitor cells. This factor is a transmembrane protein that undergoes proteolytic cleavage to generate a soluble form of the protein. Recombinant mouse FLT3L, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
