Recombinant human PP2A alpha/PPP2R1A protein
PPP2R1A also known as Serine/Threonine-Protein Phosphatase 2A 65 kDa regulatory subunit A alpha isoform, is a member of the PPP family of phosphatases, regulates a variety of essential cellular processes. PPP2R1A phosphorylation is an in vivo mechanism for regulation of the PP2A signaling complex and increased PP2A activity in heart failure. Recombinant human PPP2R1A, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
