Recombinant human UBE2Q2 protein
UBE2Q2 also known as Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 Q2 isoform1. UBE2Q2 Accepts ubiquitin from the E1 complex and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. In vitro catalyzes Lys-48-linked polyubiquitination. This protein detected in hypopharyngeal head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, in tumor masses and invasive epithelium. It belongs to the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. Recombinant human UBE2Q2, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
