Recombinant mouse Latexin protein
Lxn also known as Latexin. The Protein is belongs to the protease inhibitor I47 (latexin) family. Its function is hardly reversible, non-competitive, and potent inhibitor of CPA1, CPA2 and CPA4. It may play a role in inflammation. Recombinant mouse Lxn, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
