Recombinant human SCRN1 protein

SCRN1 also known as SES1 isoform a. SCRN1 regulates exocytosis in mast cells. It increases both the extent of secretion and the sensitivity of mast cells to stimulation with calcium and belongs to the peptidase C69 family. Recombinant human SCRN1 was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques
