Recombinant human PAFAH2 protein
PAFAH2 also known as platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase 2, cytoplasmic. PAFAH2 has a marked selectivity for phospholipids with short acyl chains at the sn-2 position. It may share a common physiologic function with the plasma-type enzyme. Recombinant human PAFAH2 was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques
