Recombinant human BMP-11/GDF-11 protein
GDF11 also known as growth/differentiation factor 11. The protein secreted signal that acts globally to specify positional identity along the anterior/posterior axis during development. These play critical roles in patterning both mesodermal and neural tissues and in establishing the skeletal pattern. Recombinant human GDF11, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
